CRAFTING TOMORROW WITH ART: THE BRIDGE BETWEEN BRUSH AND TECHNOLOGY
Have you ever imagined art is not about drawing or painting? It is also about
imagining thoughts or drawing ideas into your mind. Every person might not have
visual intelligence or talent. However, they all have a thinking path. On the
other hand, we may call this way of thinking art because you brush the ideas
between your inner voice and your life. Moreover, artists express themselves by
reflecting themselves on a canvas nevertheless the way that people think, the
way they respond to thoughts, and establishing a connection between thoughts are
also kinds of art. We may give an example by expressing ourselves and by our
emotions. Because of our feelings such as crying, fear, happiness,
embarrassment, excitement, and fatigue. All kinds of feelings are art, and the
artist is you or us.
How can art values be adapted to the future?
In the period of Renaissance, while every artist made their art, artist's
artworks were affected by the period of that time. Nowadays, with the
development of technologies artists are inspired by technologies like artificial
networks, websites, and apps. In addition to this, digital artists make their
exhibitions online, sell their artworks online and create their artworks online.
For illustration, non-fungible tokens (NFT) are digital-owning documentation. It
means reachable digital artwork on the internet to sell artist's artworks global
audience, it opens for everyone but it's original belongs to just one person. To
ensure a clear understanding, I would like to give a different example (which
might make you different); Mona Lisa painting is open for everyone to visit.
Even if they take photos of it or have the painting copies, however, it belongs
to the government, and it was exhibited in the Louvre Museum after the artist,
Leonarda Davinci's death.
Therefore, it makes artworks combined with artificial intelligence and creates a
new piece of art. But we may not call it authentic or a thief of art.
Nonetheless, new technological platforms or apps such as ChatGPT, restrict the
creativity of artists. It makes the artist less valuable because the app does
not show authentic sources, AI surfs on the internet (scanning the literature)
and shows us the sources from the real artists who create authentic art. But the
app takes the original pieces of art and shows them to us like authentic art or
presents authentic pieces of art. Even though, you do not know the real artist.
You may think the artist is AI, but it is not the truth.
Furthermore, art should be an appeal to the many cultural values, and artworks
must reflect the cultural values in many areas. Thus, the artworks can be a
voice of the society or the culture. Accessibilities of the artworks have the
best effect on the role of art. Even public places like museums or galleries are
not every time affordable, to see the Mona Lisa painting, I must arrange a plan
to fly to France. At the same time, it is not economic and reachable. However,
the internet or digital galleries make art reachable by technology. Furthermore,
this kind of technology breaks the barrier of art. In the future art and
technology collaborate and create the future vision and artists of the future.
In addition to this, it shapes another era for artists and art. In the past
artists needed to take their brushes and paintings and sketchbooks or canvases
but right now they do not have to carry all the art stuff just carrying the
technology will be sufficient. Besides, it is effortless to carry and whenever
they want, they may use it. And it is called a digital painting.
Moreover, artists give expression as a significant solution or make it
meaningful by blending the art, they make to create empathy for the societies.
We can see examples in our daily life like hospitals, and schools, there are
lots of colors on there and each color expresses different feelings or makes
empathy to feel for the human's mood or emotions. The other example is the
famous Turkish digital artist, Refik Anadolu. Refik Anadolu is a media artist,
who combines media, art, and artificial intelligence to create a new kind of
art. Also, he contributes to the start and development of digital art. In his
artworks, he acclaims to understand deeply to experiences of human.
In conclusion, websites and apps are shaped by developing technology which means
human emotions shape the future technologies as an innovation. Cave painting of
Renaissance, art has evolved from past to future. It emphasizes technological
advancements. Art and technology have given birth to valuable and unparalleled
digital art. Throughout history, art has an important role in expressing our
emotions or thoughts. It is also a kind of art; we may call it the art of
thinking. Overall, digital art has both benefits and harm. This revolution had
an impact on the art era, it also changed the perspective about art according to
different cultures and their cultural values. Further, the artist or the
consumer readily reach the artworks with the help of digital sources from
developing technologies. Conversely, it has a limitation to the creativity of
art by the AI because it shows all Data from the internet or the artist's
artworks. Thus, the AI creates an artwork like it's original to AI, but it is
not authentic, taken from the other artist. Hence, emotions have a significant
role in shaping art especially the fut
ure of art. You should brush your feelings
more often to create various artworks in the digital world.

I love the "art is you or us" statement, because that's true - we don't have to be artistically gifted to express ourselves through art. Perceiving "art" as a state of human expression in various ways is an interesting approach and I agree with it a lot.
